We will host additional workshops on mixing medicinal teas and how to brew things, such as teas, salves, or tinctures, to reduce inflammation or strengthen the immune system. Nicholas earned his herbalist's certification from Mockingbird Meadows Farm & School in Marysville, Ohio under the instruction of Dawn Coombs in 2010. He is currently studying to receive his Life Coach certification with a focus on Mental Wellness and Sociology at Next Level in Columbus. Nicholas is a personal chef and caterer, utilizing of nutrition, foraging, and growing food, and food prep. He recently started his own catering company called The Forager's Table which offers organic, sustainably grown, and often locally produced food (season permitting, of course). He is available for public and private events.
