Class starts at 10am

This 45 minute yoga class is open to kids, kids at heart, and families. Be ready to embrace creativity and become animals, colors, and sound as we explore balance, flexibility, strength, and mindfulness in this young yogi practice. We will take time to reflect on the nature surrounding us and incorporate a book or two. No experience is needed! Bring a mat or towel if you have one. A few will be available for use.
