Title:	Safe Summer Fridays Community Block Parties

Description:	The Safe Summer Fridays community block parties are safe, fun, non-violent events for the community and the whole family. These events will give families something to do and to look forward to doing something fun and wholesome on a Friday summer night. These parties are also an effort to bridge the perceived gap between our local law enforcement and the community in which they serve. We also want to showcase the community’s youth (age 25 and under) in whatever talents they have. Lastly, these block parties will promote UNITY among all facets of the community. Regardless of what side of town you live on, what your socioeconomic status is, how old you are, if you’re an elected official or fast food worker, WE ALL LIVE-IN MANSFIELD/ RICHLAND COUNTY TOGETHER! -Nyte Flyte Entertainment (Jeff Angelini) has agreed to DJ all of the block parties! In addition to the Live DJ, there will be free food, community games, activities and giveaways, community speakers and community talent showcases. Title:	Public Ghost Walk

Location:	The Ohio State Reformatory
Description:	Join us Friday, August 11th for an evening ghost walk through the dark halls and corridors of the historic Ohio State Reformatory. You will be taken on a 2 hour, guided tour to the hot-spots where reports have been made about paranormal activity. Hear about what people have experienced and the stories of murder and death that cause many to believe the prison is haunted. Who knows, you might just have your own experience... We will offer two Ghost Walks each evening. For the first session, the gates will open at 7:00 p.m. for Ghost Walk registration. The Ghost Walk begins at 8:00 p.m. For the second session, the gates will open at 9:00 p.m. for Ghost Walk registration. The Ghost Walk begins at 10:00 p.m. Adults 18 and older $25.00 Youth 13 - 17 with adult $20.00 Adults must show a photo ID to check in and minors must be checked in by an accompanying adult. No unattended minors will be permitted. Please note, there are no physical tickets for ghost events. An email confirmation is sent automatically to the person who registered. Fans will also enjoy two full days of racing action with the Trans-Am Series returning to Mid-Ohio for its 50th anniversary season.
