Join us for the 6th Annual Richland County Park District Rock & Fossil Day!



This event is free and open to the public.  All activities will be held at the Gorman Nature Center.

Displays of rocks, fossils, semi precious stone, minerals and jewelry!

Local Geologist speaks "Fossil Ammonites" Program at 12:00 o’clock!

Visitors are welcome to preview the Fluorescent Mineral Booth and bring your Rocks and Fossils for Identification.

The event also features a Creek Fossil Hunt, Free Stuff for the Kids, other Interesting Speakers, and lots of Vendors including Richland Counties very own local rock shop and site sponsor StarStuff.Rocks.
